PORTAL INFORMATION - Zego

Plunkett Properties chose to work with Zego in 2025.  The portal streamlines monthly payments and maintenance requests in one place. And we hope you find it a valuable resource.

Who is Zego

Zego is a Global Payments company that integrates with our property management software on the back end.  Global Payments is the largest cash/card processor worldwide and is used by large banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo and HSBC.  If you have used a chip on a debit or credit card chances are the transaction was made via Global Payments.  Any activity initiated on Zego is instantly encrypted on both ends of the transaction.

Portal Benefits

The portal provides several great benefits for owners and tenants:
  • It brings Plunkett Properties in line technologically with industry standards.  Most property management companies use similar technology to make collections.  CBRE, Briggs, FTI Consulting and Greystar to name a few.  

  • Because each owner and tenant sets up their secure portal on an individual basis Plunkett Properties does not have access to your banking information.  Unlike mailing a check which has your ABA and Account # on the bottom.

  • View your open charges and make a payment

  • Never miss a payment with the Automatic Payments function 

  • Save time by no longer writing manual or setting up auto checks

How to create your account

Follow these steps:
  • You will receive an invitation from Plunkett Properties with your account number

  • Click or Type Address -https://[System.CompanyCode()].twa.rentmanager.com?Locations=[CurrentLocation()] 

  • Create a Bookmark or Pin the address to your Taskbar so you have the website saved on your internet browser/computer

  • On the Login screen, click sign up

  • Enter your account number:  [AccountNumber()]

  • Enter your email address (this will be your username): [Contact.Email()] 

  • Last, click sign up

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an account finalization email, where you will click the finalize link in the email to create & confirm your password.

Maintenance

  1. Owner/Tenant enters the portal and creates a service issue ticket.  They will receive a confirmation email from Rent Manager.

  2. The issue is added to the maintenance list on Rent Manager

  3. Tenant received email to confirm receipt and update on the action to be taken 

  4. Once action is taken and issue is resolved the tenant gets an email with the final resolution

 

Just a reminder, if you have automatic check payment setup at your individual bank please cancel once your portal is setup so we do not receive duplicate payments.
In addition to the implementation of the online portal, a monthly reminder of your payment due will be emailed on the 1st of each month.  Any payment received after the 15th of each month will be automatically assessed a late fee based on your HOA/Lease terms.
