I started my career in real estate nearly 25 years
ago selling both Commercial and Residential property in Boston. I then took a few years
off and returned to the market at a local Property Management firm specializing in
condominiums. Plunkett Properties began in 1989, solely as a Property Management service,
when I was ready to branch off on my own and commit myself full time to real estate again.
The business quickly grew, adding clients in Winchester,
Woburn, Reading, Wilmington and even Martha's Vineyard after a short time. Since the
epicenter was the Greater Woburn area, I opened my office on Main Street.
From Property Management, the natural next step was rentals. I handled rentals in the properties I managed and now I also take in listings for the Greater Woburn area for apartments, condominiums, houses and commercial space.
Residential sales is an area of my business that has been growing recently. It was my first area of expertise and one that I am glad to be back in. After my career as a Broker in Boston (focusing in the North and South ends during the 80's real estate boom) working with homes and families is something that I am truly enjoying.
